Guidance

This Privacy Collection Notice must be used wherever you originally collect Personal or Sensitive Information - whether by electronic or paper means. For electronic collection, where you use an electronic form, regardless of the channel (web, email, social media etc), you must include the Privacy Collection Notice (which can be a section of the electronic form or a pop up), and a 'tickbox' where the customer 'ticks' that they have read and agree to the Privacy Collection Notice and to the privacy policy. You need to make an electronic record of the customer agreement and retain for seven (7) years and then dispose of it.
