Boldstone is proud to have been featured by the Toowoomba Chronicle, Australian Property Markets, and The Courier Mail following the announcement of our newest community at Cotswold Hills, a landmark project that has the potential to deliver up to 900 new homes to one of Queensland's fastest-growing regional centres.
The proposed $400 million masterplanned community represents Boldstone's largest development to date and marks another significant milestone in our long-term commitment to the Toowoomba region. Located on a 69-hectare site on Boundary Street, the future neighbourhood has been thoughtfully envisioned to provide a mix of housing opportunities alongside open green space, walking trails, and a neighbourhood commercial precinct that could include a childcare centre, café and convenience retail.
The Toowoomba Chronicle recognised the important role developments like Cotswold Hills will play in helping address the region's growing housing demand. With supply continuing to struggle to keep pace with population growth, the project has been designed to provide more opportunities for young families and first-home buyers to realise the dream of home ownership.
Boldstone Founder and Director Bianca Durack said the vision extends well beyond delivering homes.
Cotswold Hills is Boldstone's fifth development announced within the Toowoomba region in less than two years, joining projects in Highfields, Middle Ridge and Oakey. Together, these communities reflect our long-term commitment to regional Queensland and our belief that sustainable growth begins with creating places where people genuinely want to live.
As planning progresses, we look forward to sharing more updates on what will become one of the region's most significant new residential communities.
